This Complaint & Grievance Policy governs the manner in which complaints, grievances, feedback and concerns relating to IPPEDIA (Intellectual Property Professionals Directory & Knowledge Platform) may be submitted and addressed.
IPPEDIA is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, professionalism and integrity while handling complaints relating to the Platform, Professional Profiles, published content and Platform services.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Membership Policy and other applicable Platform Policies.

The purpose of this Policy is to provide a transparent mechanism for Users, Members and other stakeholders to submit complaints or grievances relating to the Platform.
IPPEDIA endeavors to review genuine complaints in a fair, impartial and reasonable manner.

- Platform Users
- Intellectual Property Professionals
- Law Firms
- Government Authorities
- Any person directly affected by information published on the Platform
3. Types of Complaints
Complaints may relate to matters including:
- Incorrect Professional Profile information.
- Requests for correction or removal of published information.
- Copyright or intellectual property concerns.
- Privacy-related issues.
- Platform misuse.
- Inappropriate or prohibited content.
- Technical issues affecting Platform functionality.
- Violation of Platform Policies.

4. Submission of Complaint
Complaints should be submitted through the official Contact Page or other communication channels designated by IPPEDIA.
Where applicable, the complaint should include sufficient details to enable proper review, including:

Upon receipt of a complaint, IPPEDIA may:

- Reject complaints found to be incomplete, frivolous or unsupported.
- Take any other action considered appropriate.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee any particular outcome.
IPPEDIA shall review each complaint independently based upon available information, applicable laws and Platform Policies.
8. False or Malicious Complaints
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, malicious or abusive complaints may result in rejection of the complaint and may lead to restriction of access to the Platform where appropriate.
9. Privacy of Complaints
Information submitted in connection with a complaint shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of IPPEDIA and applicable laws.
IPPEDIA may disclose complaint-related information where required by law or where necessary for investigation or resolution.
10. Limitation
IPPEDIA is an independent directory and knowledge platform.
IPPEDIA does not act as a Court, tribunal, regulatory authority, disciplinary authority or dispute resolution forum and shall not adjudicate private legal disputes between individuals or organisations.
11. Policy Updates
IPPEDIA may revise this Complaint & Grievance Policy from time to time.
The revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
