- The platform is intended for individuals who are Intellectual Property (IP) professionals, including but not limited to trademark attorneys, trademark agents, and patent agents.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and updated information.
- Use the platform lawfully.
- Not post false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
5. Professional Listings
- Profiles may be self-submitted or publicly listed.
- By listing, you consent to public display of your professional information.
- You confirm that your details (e.g., registration number, qualifications) are true and lawful.
6. Professional Compliance
- IPPEDIA lists Intellectual Property professionals, including trademark attorneys, trademark agents, patent agents, and other IP professionals.
- Any professional using this platform is responsible for ensuring that their listing complies with applicable laws, rules, and professional regulations.
- IPPEDIA operates as a neutral directory platform and does not promote or solicit professional services.
7. No Warranty / Verification
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any listing.
- Users must independently verify credentials before engaging any professional.
8. Payments
- All listings on IPPEDIA are paid listings and are valid on a financial year (FY) basis.
- Listing fees are applicable for each financial year and must be renewed annually to continue displaying the profile on the platform.
- Profiles will be published or remain active only after successful payment of the applicable listing fees.
- Details of pricing, plans, and features will be clearly communicated on the website or at the time of purchase.
- All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated.
- IPPEDIA reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logo, and design are owned by IPPEDIA.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
We may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Any services provided by listed professionals.
- Any disputes between users and professionals.
- Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or remove access or listings at our discretion.

However, in cases of violation of these Terms or urgent circumstances, such action may be taken without prior notice.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
