IPPEDIA is an independent membership-based Intellectual Property Professionals Directory & Knowledge Platform that facilitates access to factual professional information relating to eligible Members together with Intellectual Property knowledge resources.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Membership Policy, Copyright Policy and other applicable Platform Policies.
1. Purpose of this Policy
This Policy establishes the standards governing content published on IPPEDIA and helps maintain an accurate, informative, professional and legally compliant Platform.

3. Professional Profile Content
Professional Profiles shall contain factual professional information voluntarily submitted by eligible Members.
Members are solely responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate, complete, lawful and up to date.
Publication of a Professional Profile shall not constitute advertisement, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, certification, ranking or guarantee by IPPEDIA.
4. User Responsibility
Members and Users are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to the Platform:
- Is accurate and truthful.
- Does not violate applicable laws.
- Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Does not violate privacy or confidentiality obligations.
- Complies with all applicable Platform Policies.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content shall not be published or submitted on IPPEDIA:

- Obscene or offensive material.
- Spam or promotional advertisements.
- Illegal content.
- Content infringing copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property Content
IPPEDIA may publish Intellectual Property Case Laws, judicial decisions, legal updates, educational articles and official Intellectual Property resources solely for informational and educational purposes.

7. Content Moderation
IPPEDIA reserves the right to review, edit, refuse, restrict, suspend or remove any content where considered necessary to maintain compliance with applicable laws and Platform Policies.
