I am a practising lawyer and Trademark Attorney based in Kerala, India, with extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in the field of trademarks and brand protection.

A member of the Bar Council of Kerala since 2009, my experience as a practising advocate with a specialised practice in intellectual property encompasses the complete lifecycle of trademark protection — from brand clearance, selection and filing of applications to examination proceedings, responses to objections, hearings, oppositions, registrations, renewals, assignments, amendments and other post-registration matters.

Over the years, I have represented a diverse range of businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals and organisations before the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India, advising them on the protection, prosecution and management of their intellectual property. Publicly available trademark records reflect his involvement in trademark matters across a wide variety of sectors, including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, tourism, manufacturing, services and other commercial activities.

I have also been involved in trademark matters having an international dimension, including representation connected with international trademark protection and proceedings outside India.
